Alison Comfort
Nurse Manager
Alison, who leads the nursing & support team, brings to
Winthrop Hall a high standard of clinical expertise and commitment
having worked in substance misuse, both overseas and in the UK,
since 1985. With a nursing background, she completed a
Masters in Health Studies majoring in addiction in 2003.
Alison has been responsible for overseeing the clinical
requirements of a range of substance misuse client services
throughout her career, including policy development and the review
and evaluation of services both in the government and private
sectors.
